I'm looking to stem the tide of weight gain I've had - 25 lbs since 2000. Short term I would like to drop a pant size to start wearing half my wardrobe again.

Erik, you're "tres smooth" story is pretty funny, I can relate. Almost killed myself trying to lift a little too much on the dumbbell press the other day when my iPod earphone wire caught on a dumbbell mid lift and I got tangled. It was either me or the earphones... Long story short, I made a little bit of a scene...
I failed at press yesterday too, but plan to do it again tomorrow (90lb). Because I was too lazy to go for cardio in the morning, I was in the gym over 2 hrs - bleh! What's the schedule for tomorrow?
the gym was a mad house... took forever to get on the squat rack... joe pesci was doing curls on the squat rack >:(
What's the deal for friday? I want to crush the BP (or be crushed by it!)
I need to go wed... maybe i'll go today if they are open at all...
GJ man!
hey comment on my page, will ya? makes it easier for me to navigate to your profile.
We did (I think) good at the gym today. Although facu seemed surprised we did some back rows after doing chest... and said something about how I'll get tired of randomly lifting weights with out purpose. *Shrug* ..l.
You gonna be up for racquetball on wed?
Glad to hear r-ball was good. I had a good workout - back, biceps and shoulders.
you'd probably have a reasonably interesting match vs him (but lose). I'm still unclear about the rules...
keep up the gym though, i think all of a sudden you'll have a breakthrough.. it's got to be coming soon if the pattern holds.
You'll be lucky to be able to lift either of your arms for raquetball after monday night's work out. Maybe on Friday we can put some weights on that bar, lol!
Good workouts Sean! keep it up and you'll start seeing those changes soon!
You should upload a pic of charlotte as your profile pic to cheer you up when you log your weight/sleep/activities.
